Assessments in a forensic setting can include wage-earning capacity assessments, labor market analysis, transferrable skills analysis, and a review of vocational rehabilitation services.

Our Counselors are certified professionals who have worked in both clinical and forensic settings. Defense attorneys, plaintiff attorneys, and the Social Security Administration continually rely on our professionals for expert testimony in issues related to wage-earning capacity, rehabilitation potential, and future employment prospects.

  • Life Care Plan Review

This is a comprehensive review of an existing Life Care Plan to ensure it demonstrates the individual’s needs and aligns with life care planning methodology and standards of practice. A Life Care Plan (LCP) is a dynamic document that provides an organized, concise plan for current and future needs with associated costs for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injury or have chronic health care needs.

Our Life Care Planning specialist reviews medical records and supporting documentation, conducts a comprehensive interview, consults with appropriate therapeutic team members, researches associated costs and sources, and finalizes the report by confirming projects. Included in the final report is an itemized description of the services, the duration of the services, how frequently the services will be required, the purpose of the service, and the associated costs per unit and per year.

  • Counseling Services

Our Counselors provide career counseling to people of all abilities and at all career stages including first-time job seekers and those making career changes.

This can be provided through a Vocational Evaluation which is completed by a credentialed vocational evaluator. This evaluation is designed to help individuals explore work interests, determine aptitudes and skills, and formulate career plans.

We also provide Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), which are activities designed for students with disabilities. These services support the career development process to increase the success of students with disabilities in obtaining employment after graduation from high school.
