Mr. Cox has over 50 years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. He is a certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC) and has served as president of many state and national rehabilitation associations, including the Texas Rehabilitation Counseling Association, Texas Rehabilitation Association, Rehabilitation Counselors and Educators Association, Texas Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Association, and Houston Area Rehabilitation Association.

Kendra Ragsdale, MA, CRC
PRESIDENT & VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION COUNSELOR
Ms. Ragsdale is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor who has provided services to individuals with disabilities since 2011. She earned a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from George Washington University in Washington, DC and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Ragsdale is the President of The World of Work, and she previously worked for the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. She also worked for AT&T in the Accessibility and Compliance departments in an effort to make technology and services accessible to consumers with disabilities.

Thomas King, MEd, CRC
VP PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION COUNSELOR
Mr. King has over 47 years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. He earned his Master’s degree from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and is currently serving on the board of the Texas Rehabilitation Association as the Treasurer. Mr. King is an active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, National Rehabilitation Association, Texas Rehabilitation Association and the Houston Area Rehabilitation Association.

Nicole Fuscaldo, PhD, CRC, CVE, LCPC

Dr. Fuscaldo is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist, and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has provided services to individuals with disabilities since 2012. She earned a PhD in Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of Texas in Austin, a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Services from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She serves on the International Board of Directors and Emerging Professionals Board with the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. She previously served on the IARP Standards Compliance and Review Board.

Dr. Sprong is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Life Care Planner who has provided services to people with chronic medical and psychological health conditions since 2011. Since earning his Ph.D. in Rehabilitation and Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL, he has become internationally recognized as a top scholar in the field and has published 60+ peer-reviewed journal articles on topics related to vocational rehabilitation service delivery and chronic pain for those with rare health conditions related to his profession in journals.
